The ISE BoE is the ultimate skill refinement for every diver, no matter what the certifiction level is and no matter what configuration he or she uses.
The BoE "rec" is specifically designed for the recreational diver that feels no urge to go technical. If the need for decompression-free diving to greater depths arises, combining the benefits of Nitrox and Trimix but still stay within recreational limits we recommend an upgrade to BoE TEC Programm
From basic buoyancy, trim and finning techniques, to general comfort in the water every aspect of safe scuba diving is covered. The BoE is THE tool to build a solid foundation for your ongoing education as well as for a life full of safe and enjoyable diving.
