Training Assistent

The ISE Training Assitant is designed to cultivate a trustworthy and skillfull diver being able to support and assist any ISE instructor during training. The assistant can change the ratio between instructor : student according to the specific class.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CLASS CAN BE CONDUCTED IN: opencircuit backmount / sidemount or any rebreather that you are certified on.

Prerequisites

  • Must be 18 years old and above.
  • Must be a certified ISE diver of the class he or she wants to be an assictsnt for
  • Must be able to swim 20 m on a breath hold.
  • Must meet the general fitness level for the sport

Purpose

The ISE Training Assistant is a valuable asset to the ISE instructor and a great way to get involved in the ISE training curriculum and to work with a mentor. The ISE Training Assistant can be trainied and certified by every ISE Instructors up the level he or she can teach and up to the level the potential Assistant is certified.

Duration

The training to become an ISE Training Assistant has no specific duration. The Instructor in charge makes the desicion based on the individual work with the Trainiee.

Limits

The certifiaction of the Assitant is the mx Level he or she can assist in. Student to instructor ratio can be extendet by the presence of an Assistant depending on the standards set for the class in particular.
