Workshop ISE Doubles Backmount

Purpose

The ISE Doubles Backmount workshop equips divers with the skills, techniques, and confidence needed for safe and efficient diving using a doubles backmount configuration. This training supports both recreational and technical divers, enabling extended non-decompression bottom times and laying a strong foundation for advanced courses and challenging exploration in demanding underwater environments.

Duration

The class is conducted over a 2-day period. It involves a minimum of 3 dives.

Limits

  1. Student to instructor ratio is not to exceed 3:1 during any in-water training
  2. Maximum depth 30 meters
  3. No overhead environment diving
  4. No planned decompression
  5. no Mix gas other than 32% Nitrox

Prerequisites

  1. Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  2. Must be ISE Foundations certified or equivalent
  3. Must have a min of 50 Dives beyond open water certification
  4. Must be able to swim a distance of at least 20 meters holding his breath
