Workshop Stage

Purpose

The ISE Workshop for Stage Bottle Handling is to teach divers how to safely and efficiently use additional stage bottles to extend gas supply and maximize dive time. This training delivers practical skills in planning, management, and deployment of extra gas, enhancing safety and flexibility for advanced dives, technical exploration, and complex underwater environments

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CLASS CAN BE CONDUCTED IN:
opencircuit backmount / sidemount or any rebreather that you are certified on.

Duration

2 days, with a minimum of 3 dives.

Prerequisites

  1. Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  2. Must be ISE Foundations certified or equivalent
  3. Must have a min of 50 Dives beyond open water certification
  4. Must be able to swim a distance of at least 20 meters holding his breath

Limits

  1. Student to instructor ratio is not to exceed 3:1 during any in-water training
  2. Maximum depth 30 meters
  3. No overhead environment diving
  4. No planned decompression
  5. no Mixgas other than 32% Nitrox
